After celebrating 60 years, we recognize now as the right time to make a change that will help ensure our vital and engaging mission remains relevant today and for future generations. Our new name, Global Minnesota, better represents the programs, events, and connections we create, as well as communities, organizations, and individuals who share in our work. As 2015 showed us, highlighting the world’s most pressing issues that demand the global audience’s attention is more important than ever.

We couldn’t create the important programs we put on without the help of so many people and communities. And we recognize those who have built our strong foundation and mission, and who will help us evolve as Global Minnesota. We are grateful for the continued support and look forward to providing the same high-quality and meaningful programs that connect and engage Minnesotans with the world.
