As part of NaTakallam’s Refugee Voices virtual series, guest speaker and Syrian refugee Ghaith Alhallak shared his personal story and provided insights into the lives of refugees and displaced individuals from the Middle East.
Originally from Hama, Syria, Ghaith left his home due to ongoing conflict in the region and now lives in Padua, Italy, where he studies Political Science and International Relations.
The program included a Q&A session moderated by Mary Dalsin, Program Associate at GHR Foundation.
