In partnership with Global Ties U.S., Global Minnesota is excited to share the following opportunities to participate in Expo 2020 Dubai and represent the United States on a global stage.
Youth Ambassadors
College students are encouraged to apply to be Youth Ambassadors for the Expo. Similar to a study abroad program, Ambassadors will act as the “Faces of America,” providing a human connection to the United States and reflecting its geographic and cultural diversity. Ambassadors will welcome visitors from around the world to the USA Pavilion for four-month sessions. Ideal candidates are college-age and able to speak more than one language.

Cultural Performers
Throughout the six months of the Expo, the USA Pavilion will host a variety of cultural performers to showcase American cultural diversity and innovation across disciplines including but not limited to music, dance, theatre, literature, film, cuisine, and sport. Accepted groups will win a week-long, all-expense paid trip to Dubai to perform in front of a truly international audience!
